Making an order

The cut-off date to receive the current month’s box is around the 26th of each month. For example, to receive a September box (which would be dispatched at the start of September), the cut-off date would be around the 26th of August.

All boxes ordered from Grow With Me depend upon availability.  

We don’t currently offer one-off boxes but we are working on offering gift boxes.

Our boxes make a great gift for a new baby. You can subscribe as normal and enter the details of the person you would like to gift in the ‘delivery’ section. We do not include receipts in any of our boxes.

Delivery & Payment

We dispatch at the start of every month. 

For example, if you subscribed between the 1st and 25th of September (payment taken immediately) then you will receive your first box at the start of October. Payment for your next box will then be taken on the 15th of October and the box will be dispatched at the start of November and so on.

This will all be automated. You do not need to do anything to receive subsequent boxes, we will take care of it all.

At this time, we only ship within United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

Grow With Me offers FREE delivery across all subscriptions within the UK.

The initial payment it taken immediately when you subscribe. Recurring payment will then be taken on the 15th of every month.

We aim to dispatch within the first few days of every month. You will receive an email confirming dispatch with tracking details so you know exactly when your box will arrive.

Yes. You will receive a 16 digit tracking number upon dispatch.

Discount & Promotions

If you have used a special offer or discount code on your subscription, please be aware that this discount will only apply against your first box. For any subsequent boxes, your subscription will revert back to full price.

We’re sorry to hear your code isn’t working, it might have expired.

You can apply your voucher code at checkout. 

Managing My Account

It’s easy to make changes to your details, whether it’s your payment information, password or address book.

Log-in to your account and you’ll see a range of categories at the bottom of the page under ‘Account Settings’.

If you no longer want to receive your Grow With Me Box, you can log-in to your account to make this change. 

To cancel, Suspend or reactivate you subscription, you will need to:

  1. Go to your My Account > View Subscription page.
  2. Click the cancel, suspend or reactivate button which are displayed next to each active subscription.

To change your shipping and/or your billing address, please follow the instructions below.

To change the shipping address used for a single subscription, you will need to:

  1. Go to your My Account > View Subscription page.
  2. Click the Change Address button next to the subscription.
  3. Enter the new address details in the form.
  4. Click Save Address.

Please be advised that both the shipping address used for this subscription and the default shipping address for future purchases are updated. However, the shipping address for other subscriptions is not changed.

To change the address used for all subscriptions, you will need to:

  1. Go to your My Account page.
  2. Select the Edit link next to the shipping or billing address.
  3. Enter the new address details in the form.
  4. Tick the checkbox: Update the address used for all of my active subscriptions.
  5. Save Address.

Don’t worry, if you visit our log-in page and select ‘Lost your password?’ then you can enter the email address registered and we’ll send you instructions on how to get this reset.

You can rest assured that subscribing to Grow With Me is safe.

We are fully compliant with the data protection act and care about keeping your details secure.

You would have already been set up with an account when you subscribed.

Returns & Refunds

Monthly subscription boxes are ineligible for return.

We can exchange a box for another if the items are unused and undamaged. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
